THE MINUTEMAN NETWORK — TERMS OF SERVICE
By enlisting in the Minuteman Network, you agree to the following:
1. Disclaimer of Liability. The Minuteman Network is provided "as is." The Operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the Network, including but not limited to: hacking, cyberbullying, harassment, drug dealing, fraud, or any other illegal or inappropriate activity conducted through the Network.
2. Privacy and Monitoring. While the Minuteman Network respects your privacy, you acknowledge that the Operators reserve the right to access, read, monitor, and disclose any and all communications transmitted through the Network, including private dispatches, for any reason, including investigating misconduct, complying with legal process, or cooperating with school authorities and law enforcement. "Private" dispatches are a convenience feature only and do not create any legally enforceable expectation of privacy.
3. Data Handling. The Operators may, without notice, provide copies of any communications or data to school administrators, law enforcement, parents/guardians, or any other person or entity the Operators believe has a legitimate need or legal right to receive such information.
4. User Conduct. You agree not to use the Network for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purpose. The Operators reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, and ban users at their sole discretion.
5. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Minuteman Party from any claims arising from your use of the Network.
6. Modification. These Terms may be modified at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
